Dear Jay and Nicky,

Just a note to say “thank you” to you both for your patience, help and guidance through our recent house alterations and installation of our new kitchen and utility room.

Your expertise and experience in choosing colours and materials was such a help in a minefield for choices and all the people you used – Gareth the Tiler, Neil the Fitter and your delivery boys, were all great to work with.

We are very pleased with the finished result – a lovely calm room to work in.
