Your team, Neil, the fitter; Lee the electrician; Stuart the tiler , your Logistic man and your plumber, are each individually skilled and professional. Whilst working independently , each is part a team which is undoubtedly led by customer service, that must be advocated by you two. Please also extend my thanks to the back room team, who changed the drawer fronts and cupboard.”
